>> My name is Jacob Resnik, and I work as a frontend developer. Out of my things that I work on -- I wear many different hats in my job. The big one is that I design, development, and maintain many different kinds of websites. Most of those are done in WordPress. The client gives us some basic details, goals, and scope of what they're looking for in a website, and then we take that and we make what I call wireframes and design mockups. These basically just show what the potential for the website, what it could look like. And then from there, we get it out to the client and get their approval. Complexity some are real simple one-page, two-page websites that have very little content. Others, like the one I'm working on right now, they have multiple different features that they want that include different plugins. They want a job portal. Many different facets they need for their website and for their needs. I'm constantly working on projects. One of the busiest days I had. We had a client that needed a website done within a week. I started on Monday and was able to complete it within a couple of days. It's just constantly sitting there coding everything and making it all fit the design that was given to us. I use [inaudible] to do the coding for languages. I use mostly HTML, CSS, and PHP for any features that require interactivity I use JavaScript for as well. There are changes all of the time. We send designs to them and we can start coding and they come back around and say, "Oh, we don't really like the design this much anymore," after the initial shock that it kind of change their mind sometimes. And then after that we kind of have to backtrack a little bit and make sure that design is all to their liking. So there's many different changes that can occur throughout the process.
