Mary Anderson

With over 30 years of experience in higher education, Mary is passionate about helping students explore meaningful career paths and engage in experiential learning opportunities. She supports students in integrating these experiences into their academic journeys and confidently presenting them through resumes, cover letters, interviews, and social media. Mary also actively seeks opportunities to collaborate with faculty, staff, employers, and alumni to prepare students for purposeful work. She brings humor, empathy, and attention to detail to her daily work. She finds the greatest satisfaction in helping students recognize their unique strengths and to identify ways to apply them to their majors, careers, and communities.
Mary lives in Duluth and in her spare time enjoys kayaking, playing cribbage and other card games, reading a good book and spending time with friends and family.

Corrie Odland
Assistant Director - Employer Relations and Internship Coordinator
Corrie Odland is the Assistant Director – Employer Relations and Internship Coordinator in Career Services at the College of St. Scholastica. She started at CSS in the summer of 2025 working in TRIO Student Support Services. Corrie brings to CSS over 20 years of experience in higher education with experience in career development, academic advising, counseling, and accessibility resources. Corrie lives north of Duluth with her husband Brian and their goldendoodle Russell. She has a daughter and a son that are out living their adult lives and loves seeing them as much as possible! Corrie enjoys the outdoors and spending time with family and friends.
